Paid media management for Construction
Budget in your account, fee on a separate line, reporting in cost per lead.
In practice, what changes for construction and development companies: You stop comparing agencies by promise and start comparing by cost of acquisition.
We run Google Ads and Meta Ads under one non-negotiable rule: the media budget stays in your ad account, on your card, with your access. Our fee is a separate line in the contract. That ends the transparency argument before it starts.
Monthly reporting shows cost per lead and cost per sale, not impressions and reach. A metric that never reaches the bank account does not become a slide here.
The typical bottleneck in this sector
High ticket, long decision and leads that appear months before buying. With no source tracking, a sale closed in month six is credited to luck and the campaign that generated it was cut in month two.
What changes in the pipeline
- Leads per development and per construction phase, not one single pipeline
- Long nurturing with contact logged across months
- Sales stand or show unit visit as the main conversion
What is included
- Campaign, keyword and audience structure per funnel stage
- Creative and structured testing, with the hypothesis written before the test
- Tracking, attribution and offline conversions fed back from the CRM
- Weekly optimization and budget reallocation by result
- Monthly report with CPL, CAC and what changes next month
What changes in your operation
You stop comparing agencies by promise and start comparing by cost of acquisition.
How we measure results here
Cost per qualified visit and sale attribution back to the original channel months later.
The fee is monthly and separate from the media budget, which always stays in your ad account. The recommended minimum budget comes out of the diagnosis — it depends on ticket size, sales cycle and competition, not on a price list.
Straight answers
The cycle is too long to measure media.
The cycle is long; the measurement does not have to be. With the source recorded in the CRM on day one, a month-six sale returns to the right campaign.
Does the ad budget pass through you?
Never. The ad account is yours, the card is yours, the access is yours. Our fee is a separate line. It removes the transparency argument and simplifies your accounting.
Can you run campaigns for a company outside Brazil?
Yes, in Portuguese, English or Spanish. What we do not do is promise local knowledge of a market we have not measured — the diagnosis says plainly where our data is thin.
How long until I see results?
Cost per lead becomes readable in 2 to 4 weeks. Cost per sale depends on your sales cycle: if closing takes 60 days, the honest number only exists after 60 days.
Can I hire paid media only?
You can. But if there is no working destination for the lead, we say so in the diagnosis before you sign anything.
