WhatsApp automation for E-commerce
The channel where the sale happens is the only one with no record.
In practice, what changes for online stores: No conversation is left ownerless, and response time becomes visible.
Brazilian companies sell on WhatsApp and have no history, owner or deadline in any of those conversations. We wire WhatsApp into the CRM: every contact becomes a record with source, owner and next action, on the same number customers already know.
Automation here is not a bot answering everything. It is initial screening, routing to the right person, reminders for unanswered chats and re-engagement for people who went quiet.
The typical bottleneck in this sector
Thin margins and rising media costs. The classic mistake is comparing campaign ROAS without looking at margin per product — selling more and keeping less.
What changes in the pipeline
- Targets on contribution margin, not gross ROAS
- New customer acquisition separated from repeat purchase
- Abandoned cart and post-purchase automated by cadence
What is included
- WhatsApp integrated with the CRM, history inside the customer record
- Initial screening and automatic routing by service, region or rep
- Immediate first reply, even outside business hours
- Re-engagement cadence for contacts who stopped replying
- Dashboard of first-response time and ownerless conversations
What changes in your operation
No conversation is left ownerless, and response time becomes visible.
How we measure results here
Cost per new customer, margin per order and 90-day repurchase rate.
What defines the cost: number of flows, integrations and migrating the number to the official API. The messaging platform license and per-conversation API cost are contracted by you, directly with the vendor.
Straight answers
My ROAS looks good, what is there to fix?
Good ROAS with bad margin is a loss with a nice chart. The number that decides is contribution margin after media, fees, shipping and returns.
Will I lose the number my customers know?
No. The number is migrated to the official API keeping the same contact. What changes is that several people can answer on it, with history recorded.
Will my customer talk to a bot?
Only for screening, and only if it shortens their path. A bot that blocks access to a human is why people hate chatbots.
Can I broadcast to my contact list?
Within platform rules and Brazilian data protection law: consent, approved template and an opt-out. Mass blasting outside those rules gets the number banned.
